Jacqueline Greer does not coach from theory. She coaches from experience: real rooms, real stakes, real consequences. For more than twenty-five years, she has built things that matter, from teacher pipelines and leadership teams to equity strategies and organizational cultures that outlast any one person's tenure. She has served as a Vice President, Executive Director, Chief Program Officer, equity facilitator, budget holder, and thought partner to leaders at every level.
Her program impact is vast. She has led a national Programs and Partnerships function across more than 800 school partners, built a teacher pipeline as Executive Director, and designed and fundraised a multi-million-dollar initiative to accelerate impact. She then expanded nationally as Chief Program Officer, leading a $25 million Black Educators Initiative.
She has designed and facilitated equity seminars and supported programmatic redesign, built coaching systems that supported hundreds of leaders over multi-year arcs, and developed the organizational infrastructure, the rubrics, dashboards, and retreat designs, that teams still use after she has moved on.
Through Greer Collective, she brings that directness, structural clarity, and commitment to people into executive coaching, team facilitation, and organizational consulting.
